Professional Sunday

Open to everyone!

Are you interested in networking with esteemed professionals from companies such as Google, Youtube, Tesla, Cisco, Okta, Jam City, Kaiser Permanente, or Sutter Health? Or law students from the prestigious UC Berkeley, School of Law? If so, join the Partnership for Pre-Professional Pilipinx (P4), the Pilipinx Association for Health Careers (PAHC), and the Pilipinx Association of Scientists, Architects, and Engineers (PASAE) at our “Professional Sunday” mentorship and networking event on April 28th, 11am-2:30pm in N100 Chou Hall! In addition to giving you the opportunity to meet and learn from individuals working in the business, law, engineering, and health fields, we will be launching our joint mentorship program at the event! All interested students may apply to be paired with one of our professional guests for a year-long mentorship relationship following Professional Sunday! So, please come and meet fellow Cal students and learn about the business, law, engineering, and health fields from the professionals themselves!

Pathways | A Graduate Student Panel

Open to everyone!

Pathways is a graduate student panel meant to empower and inform Pilipinx undergraduate students about graduate school. This event is hosted by Pilipinx Academic Student Services (PASS), in collaboration with Partnership for Pre-Professional Pilipinxs (P4), Pilipinx Association for Health Careers (PAHC), Pilipinx American Alliance (PAA), and Pilipinx Association of Scientists, Architects, and Engineers (PASAE).

Come enjoy a nice dinner while listening to panelists discuss their motivation for attending grad school and their experiences. Everyone is welcome! Whether you are set on grad school or are still exploring your options, this event is for you! You do not need to be Pilipinx, and recent Cal grads are welcome as well! It will be an opportunity for current students to hear from and network with esteemed professionals who will share insight on their work industries, and provide any advice they think is helpful as UC Berkeley students move toward graduate school and their careers.

Attire is smart casual, but dress to impress!

We will be going to a company called NetApp in Sunnyvale, a cloud data services and data management company. The tour, food, and transportation will be provided free of charge! Anyone interested in Computer Science, Data Science, or the booming tech industry in general, you're not gonna want to miss out on this one.
